Soft Chocolate Munchkins

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles
  • 7 crushed ginger snaps (optional)
  • 4 drops vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • 4 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 7 teaspoons Cinnamon
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
Spoon into 12 mini cupcake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
